Is the app available for free?

Yes, the app is free to use, including downloading, but you will need to pay a fee when applying to become an attendant.
The application fee varies depending on the attendant, so please check the attendant's details screen.
However, please note that the traveler will be responsible for the actual cost of having tea or a meal with the attendant, including the attendant's share.
How many people can use it?

Up to four people can use it at one time.

Payment method is credit card only.
Payment will be made within the app when you apply.

As of January 2025, only available in Japan.

About using attendants

Can I register as an attendant for free?

Yes, it's free.
Is there a monthly or yearly fee?

No, there is no fee. We only charge the default system usage fee (the amount displayed on the screen when you set your desired amount of receivable) when a traveler applies for remittance.
I'm a woman and honestly I'm scared to go alone. Can I bring my husband or a friend with me?

Yes, it is possible. You can register a companion in addition to yourself. You can invite other women or partners to use the service.
I don't speak a foreign language. Is that okay?

Yes, that's not a problem. You can set the app to not accept international travelers and to only accept the languages you speak.
Where can I find information about travelers who have applied?

When a request is made, information such as the number of people, gender, city of residence, and languages spoken will be sent to the app.
Before the meeting, you will also need to provide a photo showing the traveler's face via chat in the app (as stated in the terms of use).
What happens if a traveler turns up with information that differs from what was stated at the time of application, such as gender or number of people?

If a traveler shows up who is different from the information provided at the time of application or via chat, please inform them that you are unable to accommodate them and dismiss them.
The use of information that is not factual is prohibited by the terms of use.

The attendants displayed on the list screen are limited based on the gender and number of people selected by the traveler when applying.
